Hi everyone! Thanks for visiting my site. I make to order, welding caps.

I have been making my caps for many years. The style is perfected with trial and error and the suggestions from my husband ,who has 40+ yrs. experience under his belt of welding. All my caps  are made of 100% cotton unless otherwise stated.

 They are fully lined so its like getting two for one because they are reversible. I top stitch all the seams for extra reinforcement and they are stitched with a straight stitch, not a zig zag stitch. Once a spark hits a zig zag stitch, its will fall apart fast before its life is ready to end.

 All my welding caps are 6 panel, low crown..not "cone head" shaped. They are 6 1/2" to 7" in depth. The bills are the average of 3" deep.

 If you would like a different depth of the cap or bill..please feel free to email me and I will be more then happy to make the difference.

If you would like a welding cap made for medical reasons, such as chemo, please let me know and I will be more then happy to line it with a soft, thin fleece lining to protect those precious, sensitive scalps.
